Unlimited Car Wash Club Subscription Agreement

Welcome to our Unlimited Car Wash Membership Program. By enrolling your vehicle in our subscription service through this terminal, you expressly agree to the following terms, conditions, and billing structures. Please read this agreement carefully before completing your registration.

1. Membership Plans & Promotional Pricing

We offer two tiers of recurring monthly subscription plans. Both plans feature an introductory promotional period for the first three (3) consecutive months, after which the membership automatically renews at our standard monthly rate.

Express Wash Membership

  • Introductory Rate (Months 1–3): $19.99 per month
  • Standard Rate (Month 4 and after): $29.99 per month

Supreme Wash Membership

  • Introductory Rate (Months 1–3): $29.99 per month
  • Standard Rate (Month 4 and after): $39.99 per month

Promotional Pricing Notice

The introductory rate is valid strictly for the first three (3) consecutive months starting from your activation date. Beginning on the first day of your fourth month, your payment method on file will automatically be billed the standard rate corresponding to your selected tier.

2. Account Verification & Billing Security

To ensure secure credit card processing, prevent fraudulent transactions, and maintain accurate internal database logs, all members are required to provide the following accurate validation items at the exact time of enrollment:

  • A valid 10-digit phone number
  • The exact billing ZIP Code associated with the provided payment card

Failure to provide matching billing and validation details will result in automatic registration failure or immediate account suspension. It is the member's sole responsibility to notify management or update account records if their billing ZIP Code or primary phone number changes.

3. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Billing

Membership is established as a continuous monthly subscription. Billing occurs automatically each month on a recurring basis using the credit or debit card provided at sign-up.

Your billing cycle begins immediately on the date of enrollment and renews on the same calendar day each subsequent month. Price adjustments transitioning from the promotional rate to the standard rate occur automatically without requiring additional user consent.

4. Cancellation Policy & Minimum One-Month Commitment

  • Minimum Initial Commitment: Upon initial sign-up, members commit to a minimum of one (1) full paid month of service. If you attempt to cancel your membership within the first week, two weeks, or at any time during your first billing cycle, the cancellation will not take effect immediately.
  • Completion of Billing Cycle: Early cancellation requests mean you must still proceed with and complete the current paid month. Your car wash access will remain fully active until the end of that first billing cycle, and the cancellation will formally execute on your next scheduled renewal date.
  • Subsequent Cancellations: For all subsequent continuous months, you may request a cancellation at any time. To prevent your card from being charged for the next upcoming billing cycle, your cancellation request must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled recurring billing date.
  • No Refunds: No partial, prorated, or full refunds are granted for mid-month cancellations or unused days.

5. Usage, Fleet Restrictions & Frequency Limits

  • License Plate Specificity: Each membership is strictly tied to the specific vehicle and license plate number registered during enrollment.
  • Single-Vehicle Restriction: Membership privileges apply exclusively to the registered vehicle. You cannot use your club membership for any other cars. Attempting to transfer benefits or pass unauthorized vehicles through the membership lane will result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.
  • Daily Frequency Limit: To maintain practical traffic flow and ensure fair access for all program members, usage is strictly limited to one (1) wash per day per registered license plate.
  • Operational Closures: We reserve the right to temporarily close the car wash facilities due to inclement weather, equipment maintenance, mechanical upgrades, or major holidays. Refunds, credits, or extensions will not be issued for temporary operational closures.
  • No Fuel Discounts: This monthly car wash membership is strictly for vehicle washing services. It does not qualify for, and cannot be combined with, any additional gas or fuel discounts at the pump.

By selecting “I AGREE” on the terminal screen or completing the payment transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all the terms and conditions outlined above.
